| Jiangsu Dare World Light Alloy CO., LTD, a subsidiary
of DareGlobal Group, was founded in June 6th, 2003
by Jiangsu World Power Group and Hong Kong Baosheng
Co., LTD. The total initial capital investment comes
to RMB 5 hundred millions, and the company is specialized
in manufacturing and marketing aluminum alloy wheels,
also some other auto-parts products. Most of the
products are sold to USA, Europe, Japan, Korea and
other international market. |
| 一、Company Development Strategy |
| Jiangsu Dare World Light Alloy CO., LTD, also
called Dare Wheel, wants to be the major supplier
in Worldwide auto-part industry, and wants to maintain
the position in auto-part industry with a strong
capability to developing new product, and manufacturing
excellent quality products. Based on self-build
and private owned plant, Dare Wheel will expend
the capacity and facility to achieve the annual
production 10 million pieces of aluminum wheels. |
| 二、Advanced Manufacturing Equipments |
| The main facility in Danyang City, occupied
15 Acres, about 60 thousand square meters. Currently
the manufacturing capacity has been reached 2 million
pieces of aluminum wheels, and continues to grow
every year. The Advanced Equipments include: 2 sets
continuing melting furnaces; 1 set aluminum scrap
melting furnace; 30 sets LPM (Italy brand) low-pressure
die-casting machines; 4 sets SHOEL (Japanese brand)
continuous heat treatment furnaces（One set the capacity
can reach 1.5 million pieces annually）; 19 sets
IMT (Italy brand) high performance CNC; 1 set IMT
(Italy brand) mirror machining lathe; 26 sets Daewoo
(Korea brand) vertical lathes; and 2 sets dust-free
paint coating automatic lines with total annual
capacity 3 million pieces of wheels. The facility
and its advanced equipments are one of the top ranks
in China |
| 三、Completed & Advanced Quality Assurance System |
| The facility has industrial standard and advanced
testing equipments, including: 4 sets X-RAY Detectors
(two of Germany YXLON brand, are for detecting OEM
alloy wheels); Three-Coordinate Measurers, Brown
& Sharp brand of Britain; Spectral Analysis
Detectors ARL brand of Switzerland; Automatic Dynamic
Balancing Machines; Leakage Testing Machines; Impact
Testing Machine; Radical Fatigue Testing Machine;
Salt-spay Testing Machine; and CASS Testing Machine,
etc. |
| The factory had built the advanced and complete
efficient and effective quality assurance system.
June 2004, the factory conducted the audits of ISO/TS16949
quality system; September 2004,the factory obtained
ISO/TS16949 quality system certificate from IC;
June 2004, the factory received Japan VIA certificate;
January 2005, the factory obtained Germany TüV approval.

| 四、Various Product Lines and R&D capability |
| Currently the factory can produce various sizes
of alloy wheels, from 13 inches to 28 inches. In
2006, according to market demand, the factory successfully
developed the 28 inches chromed wheel, sold to USA,
and received good comment.

| 五、Excellent R&D Technical Team |
| The company own excellent technical personnel,
including: five auto industry well-know experts
and over dozen professional designers. The company
own major design software and industrial analysis
software, including: CAD; CAE; Pro—E; UGSNX; CATIA;
I-DEAS; Pro-Cast; and etc. The company personnel
are always dedicating themselves on designing new
products; improving processing technology; and Value-adding
to the products. |
| The factory facility is the stand base for Jiangsu
Aluminum Complex Material Engineering Research Center,
the facility cooperates with Jiangsu University,
and pay more attention on transforming the producing;
studying; and researching projects, to links the
ties with colleges and research institutions. The
assistance to Jiangsu University is one of the main
projects awarded by the State Educational Ministry
called “the appliance of grain strong aluminum complex
material in wheels”. The factory personnel have
been working hard in developing the new complex
material and its production controlling technology
to achieve a higher level of the wheel loading capability,
and to reduce the wheel weight. The new applied
technology will increase the product capability
to compete in the market. |
| 六、Worldwide Sales & Marketing Service |
| Dare Wheel markets the alloy wheel product in
USA; Europe; Japan; Korea; and China. By cooperating
with Donghwa Co., Korea in 2005, Dare Wheel became
one of the major suppliers for DAEWOO Co., (Korea);
HYUNDAI Co., (Korea); SUZUKI Co., (Japan). In April
2007, Dare Wheel facility conducted the PSA audit
by GMNA, and awarded the qualification, then Dare
Wheel becomes the Tie 1 supplier for GMNA. Dare
Wheel has built up the worldwide sales and marketing
service network, set up the service branch office
in Los Angeles USA, and research center Detroit,
USA. The US facilities handle the OEM business operation,
aftermarket sales, customer service, logistics and
other service. |
